These Terms of Service govern your use of DumbMaps, a product of Champion Labs, LLC.

WHAT DUMBMAPS DOES

DumbMaps provides SMS-based navigation directions for feature phone users. You text us where you want to go, we text back turn-by-turn directions.

HOW IT WORKS

• +Free Credits: New users get 25 free credits (no credit card required)
• +Credit Packs: Purchase packs starting at $10. Credits never expire
• +Credit Costs: SMS = 2 credits/message, MMS with map = 5 credits/message

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• +Provide an accurate phone number
• +Don't spam or abuse the service
• +You're responsible for your phone's data/SMS charges

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• +Provide navigation directions via SMS
• +Keep your phone number private
• +Process payments securely through Stripe
• +Not sell your data to third parties

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We'll do our best to keep DumbMaps running 24/7, but we're not liable if the service goes down, directions are inaccurate (we use Google Maps), or you get lost.

REFUNDS

All credit pack purchases are final. Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

ACCOUNT DELETION

Email support@dumbmaps.com and we'll delete your data within 7 days.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We might update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you via SMS if anything major changes.
